English Translation
प्रकृत्या by nature, शीतलस्पर्शः cold touch, साम्प्रतम् at this time, हिमविद्धश्च hit by snow, पश्चिमः वायुः the west wind, काले at this time, द्विगुणशीतलः doubly cold, वाति blowing.
