तत्र there, तरवः trees, नित्यपुष्पाः always in bloom, नित्यफलाः always bore fruits, निर्व्रणाः clouds sent down, पर्जन्यः rained, कालवर्षी when desired, मारुतः wind, सुखस्पर्शः delightful feeling

The trees were always in bloom, and always bore fruits. Clouds sent rain when desired. People lived with delightful feelings.
